Why hasn't Westboro brought that up yet?

You're asking me? If I may speak on their behalf happy happy I'd have to say: "it's because we're illiterate, rabid slaves to hypocrisy."

I read Gary Busey is apparently a Promise Keeper, yet another shade of Christianity.

Seriously, I don't know how sophisticated Westboro is. Their language suggests a fair slab of bigotry exists but that alone does not make them unique.

I don't think actors can isolate or insulate themselves from the products they sell. Neither can the producer...OR the viewing public...from the movies they are prepared to pay to see ie the created market. But I don't walk the walk of the ultra-gullible.

But a movie that portrays homosexuality or murder or whatever passes for 'sin' these days can usually be viewed at a number of levels. A 'healthy' Christian is surely able to ponder the context, comparisons and contrasts (3C) either displayed within the movie or by applying their own moral compass.

I remember being next door neighbours for some time with the acting fraternity and related fields eg continuity. The outcome was I now watch movies with one eye on the lazy, deliberate and unforeseen errors in continuity etc. You know...Columbus with a watch half concealed, the car behind Caesar's troops etc. The developing actor, the dumb portrayal of law or medical issues etc. I don't rush out to buy a coke simply because it's on a billboard in a car chase scene.

And I for one would not have bothered with reading Westboro's opinion but for your reference to it.
