I haven't used the word "befuddled" in a while, so I'm in the mood to use it now. I'm honestly befuddled at where you're coming from in a lot of your recent criticisms.

Your recent criticisms of my discussion participation have been very confusing to me. They've not been on-target at all, in terms of reality.

Sometimes, I don't participate in discussions, simply because I lack the time. This is not unreasonable. I can't effectively engage in all the threads that are here. So, I pick and choose. What's wrong with that? This isn't a full-time job or even a part-time job for me, Pink. It's a hobby. I get very, very, very, very little $$$ from my writing here, since it's such a niche topic. But I enjoy it, so it's a labor of love. But, man, your disgruntlement and criticism is challenging that "labor of love" mindset, quite frankly.

As for my using a "boulder" instead of a "marble" (an interesting phrase from the other discussion), I don't see myself in that caricature at all. I have strong convictions as a lot of folks here do. And I express those convictions - as a lot of folks here do. I don't engage in name-calling. I'm not abusive. I don't shut down discussion forums and I've not kicked anybody out. (Not even Oliver. He left on his own, even though he pushed every button I have).

So, whatever, man. Let's just move on, I guess.
