» Migisi - New Year's Day

In response to New Year's Day posted by pink101:

For the last 25 years, my hubby and I have sponsored a hunting party and banquet at a nearby restaurant. Every year, new friends we've met during the previous year gather with our longtime friends - some traveling many hours to attend. And our longtime friends bring their new friends. It's grown so large that the restaurant owner had to move us into his big banquet room (at no charge). Everybody is required to bring one thing to the event... a good sense of humor. Grumps are not welcome. If you can imagine a room full of ~sober~ comedians, then you know why it's become such a popular New Year's day tradition for so many.
