No matter how I approach it, it goes into a "loading" mode. Normally, after a certain period of time, I get a time out; but, not here. It raises one's paranoia.

No.
I think there is something wrong with the address even though I've tried it a couple of different ways.
It did work once.
I printed it out and I do have a hard copy.
Maybe it will work later?

usually something with 'bin' in the url address is designated as some type of advertising... but.. who knows for sure...

so, the url is

the addition of twiki could possibly be a restricted part of the website site... ?..

but.. oh well.. alas.. another 10 mins of nothingness.. (wink)..

but.. maybe that helps some!

Two decades of this madness is enough. The uniformed military needs to be true to its oath of office. It's the domestic enemies that are destroying the country. The US Army oath for officers states this:

"...I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign or domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservations or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office upon which I am about to enter..."
