A little less than a hundred years ago the so-called War-Horses of God were dying off. Millennialism had seen its day and was gasping its last breaths with the startup of Watchtower and other such ideologies. That was when the Social Gospel of Jesus Christ was being proclaimed in the streets and from every available stage. The Bible was the Good Book and almost everyone gave Christians and Christianity reverence.

Then, around the year, 1920, the teachings of the idea that the Bible was the literal and Revealed Word of God was being pushed into the minds of church goers all over the United States with something called the Fundamentals. These Fundamentals and those who pushed them, the emerging Fundamenatlists, began a siege of war against the Social Gospel of Jesus Christ.
