I like to think Paper Turtle has the right responses here to what prayer could/should be about...subject to my earlier stated reservations.

"In fact she was the main cause of that marriage falling apart."

expresses a belief I'm unable to comment on, not knowing the relative strengths of McFadden's marriage nor Delta's pulling power. Aaarghhh! The relative truths of OZ & USA showbiz gossip keep me underwhelmed.

But what makes a universally accepted role model if the 'we' among 'us' set them up to knock them down? Do we really want 'peer pressure' to have more power so we escape personal accountability? Look...everything's fne here but we should produce our own broad-based role models and not rely on the USA for them. But will we???

Nor rely on drug-challenged AFL 'star', 'legend', 'hero' Ben Cousins who the TV "girls" say still looks great without his shirt. Just don't knock Kasey Chambers! ABC OK?
