This is beginning to look like a place where I talk to myself and in which one other person comes to give me some support. Are we to think that conservatives want to discourage certain kinds of discussion?

My guess is that the subject matter is too heavy for the conservatives because they don't understand that family is something that exists on its own cognizance.

My thoughts on family values are that its purpose is to provide a safe place in which individual humans are born and in which they can be cultivated to become responsible members of the greater society.
.
So, what is there about that that conservatives do not want to be true?
