But, in America, every single individual person who is inducted into the military takes an oath of office which includes the promise to uphold and to defend the Constitution,

Problem is BROWN NOSING! Other words can be used to describe the way promotions are given and assignments are made in the military. General Betrayus knows where he got his promotion and he knows exactly how he will be able to maintain the position he enjoys. He knows that he can be replaced in a flash. That is the problem with suck a** generals. I'll tell you what Eisenhower would have done with this bunch of syophants--tomorrow morning at dawn. The military is no place for sycophantry; but, we've got it all the way and it is a serious danger for our democracy.
