» _Boanerges_ - one simple difference

In response to one simple difference posted by pink101:

Don't you think we should wait for his input? Maybe even allow someone else like Migisi, Redback, or Brother Jones to take a shot?

Everyone will get their opportunity to speak!.. It appears that only you and I are live at this moment in time.

But.. lucky for you, Im on my way to work.. So, lucky for you there will be several hours delay before I return!

in the meantime, do a little objective research into the differences betwee Christianity a Jehovah Witness's. Once you are armed with fact, only then would you be able to have an objective discussion related to the evolutionary bible, according to "cults and isms"...

see you after the break!....

In response to one simple difference posted by pink101:

You think?

empirical fact: in translation to your age, laws of average may not agree. However, the criteria for that law, as it translates to age, that is to say, one[s] age.. then the average is calculated from 92-60.... for men... leaving on average 76...

or.... so [they] say.. happy

objectively speaking, sounds reasonable...

» Migisi - Subjective/Objective?

In response to Truth and Objectivity posted by BrianTubbs:
.
I can't be fully objective about my Christian faith overall just as I can't be fully objective about my relationship with my wife, who I of course love very much. Or my beautiful children. See the subjectivity. happy
.
Agreed. Me neither.
.
For instance, I can objectively and factually state that my oldest child is eight years old.
.
If you believe her life began at conception, wouldn't that make her 9 (+ or -) months older? She could be 9 years old. (wink and happy )
.
I can objectively state that Jesus Christ was a first century historical figure.
.
I can objectively state that Hercules, Son of Zeus and a mortal woman, was a 2nd century BCE historical figure because his life and 12 labors were written about by Greeks and Romans. Even Pliny mentioned Hercules in his writings. People carved and erected statues of him (see Mantegna and Michelangelo's). Did they make ~him~ up?
