Massive ULF 'Blast' Detected In US Bridge Collapse Catastrophe

Reports from Russia's Institute of Solar-Terrestrial Physics located in
Irkutsk are reporting today that their Siberian Solar Radio Telescope
(SSRT) detected a 'massive' ultra low frequency (ULF) 'blast' emanating
from Latitude: 45° 00' North Longitude: 93° 15' West at the 'exact'
moment, and location, of a catastrophic collapse of a nearly 2,000 foot
long bridge in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

To the horrific destruction of the Interstate 35W Bridge which spanned
the Mississippi River we can read as reported by the Star Tribune News
Service:

"The 1,907-foot bridge fell into the Mississippi River and onto roadways
below. The span was packed with rush hour traffic, and dozens of
vehicles fell with the bridge leaving scores of dazed commuters
scrambling for their lives.

Nine people were confirmed dead as of 4 a.m. today. Sixty were taken to
hospitals and 20 people were still missing this morning. Authorities
said they expected the death toll to rise."

Russian Military reports state that the total collapse of such a massive
bridge, and in the absence of evidence linking its destruction to
terrorist activity, could only have been accomplished by an acoustic
weapon, of which the United States Military is known to possess.

These reports further state that one of the United States primary
research organizations into acoustic weapons research is Augsburg
College, and which is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and most
importantly less than 1 mile from the Interstate 35W Bridge collapse.

To the exact reason of why, and what exactly happened in this
catastrophe we can only speculate, but, with what is known about the
United States past history of using sophisticated weapons on their own
citizens for 'research' purposes it certainly lies in the realm of
possibility that this horrific tragedy when the subject comes to the use
of ULF weapons.

To the past usage of these new types of weapons we can read even back
into the 1980's of the United States research into their use as reported
by the CNN News Service:

"Imagine the implications of a weapon with no visible trace -- a weapon
that could knock out tanks, ships, and planes as fast as the speed of
light. The same technology, with modifications, could disorient and
even tranquilize military personnel, rendering them virtually helpless
in the battle zone. These are the new weapons of war we will examine in
this series.

For the past 40 years, the world has been riveted by the threat of
nuclear war, and more recently by the prospect of space defenses using
lasers and other modern technologies.

Lightning is the most dramatic form of energy to be found in nature.
Scientists have succeeded in creating limited types of artificial
lightning. And some think that these could be the forerunners of a new
type of directed-energy weapon, part of a family of weapons that operate
within the radio frequency segment of the electromagnetic spectrum, and
are thus referred to as radio frequency weapons."

To the dangers of ULF weapons being used against civilians we can read
the warnings of Dr. Rauni Leena Kilde, MD, the former Chief Medical
Officer for Lapland (northern Finland), who warned in 1999:

"When the use of electromagnetic fields, extra-low (ELF) and ultra-low
(ULF) frequencies and microwaves aimed deliberately at certain
individuals, groups, and even the general population to cause diseases,
disorientation, chaos and physical and emotional pain breaks into the
awareness of the general population, a public outcry is inevitable."

To the exact reason of why the United States would be targeting
Minneapolis with such a massive ULF 'blast' we can find in the exact
neighborhoods that surround the Interstate 35W Bridge, and which are
home to one of the largest Muslim populations in the United States,
including over 30,000 Somalis who are outraged by the US sponsored
invasion of their home Nation by Ethiopian forces.

For the American people as a whole, this catastrophe provides yet
another example of the consequences of their allowing their Military
Forces to gain total control over their economy and lives, and which
history has long shown leads always towards total destruction.

I heard an interview with a person who almost went down in the catastrophe. He was on the last piece of bridge that didn't go down. You may have heard it also--I think his name was Siddons.

Terrible thing.

I also heard that our president told the local authorities that they were in his prayers.

It is a time for serious reflection on the temporariness of life. We are reminded to be so thankful for what we have.

It's too early for conspiracy theories. And I for one am not interested in what the Russians have to say about this subject. Let's treat the survivors, pray for and provide comfort to the families of the victims, finish the recovery efforts, and then conduct the investigation.

I think one of our problems is conjoined with our societal tendency to go off on any tangents as though we are not founded in reality.

A receiver might catch a difficult pass and make a fantastic run to the goal line with the crowd screaming cheers. But, if there was a flag on the play, all was for zilch.

Reports from Russia's Strategic Nuclear Forces are reporting today that
the United States Military has 'unleashed' upon the World a devastating
new weapon that they estimate at over 1.4 million pounds and is similar
to the design of the 21,000 pound Massive Ordnance Air Blast (MOAB)
detonated over Florida on March 11, 2003 prior to the Americans invasion
of Iraq.

Russian Military Analysts are presently theorizing that this massive
explosion was a test of the code-named "Divine Strake" technology that
the United States had planned to detonate last year, 2006, on their
Nevada Nuclear Test Range, but were prevented from doing so by the
uproar of its citizens, and has been planned to be used by the Americans
against Iran's Nuclear Facilities.

These reports state that this massive explosion was first detected by
Russia's Cosmos-2422 HEO (highly-elliptical orbit) satellite, (which is
designed for the detection of American ballistic missiles) at 08:48:40
UTC 2007 August 6 at the United States Dugway Proving Ground Test Range
in Utah, and which exactly corresponds to the time of a reported 3.9
Magnitude Earthquake occurring at the exact same location.

To the mammoth Dugway Proving Ground testing range in Utah we can read:

"The mission of Dugway is to test U.S. and Allied biological & chemical
defense systems; perform Nuclear Biological Chemical survivable testing
of defense material; provide support to chemical and biological weapons
conventions; and Operate and maintain an installation to support test
mission.

Dugway is located approximately 80 miles west-southwest of Salt Lake
City, Utah in Tooele County. DPG, covering 798,855 acres, is located in
the Great Salt Lake Desert, approximately 85 miles southwest of Salt
Lake City, Utah. Surrounded on three sides by mountain ranges, the
proving grounds terrain varies from level salt flats to scattered sand
dunes and rugged mountains."

To the mine disaster caused by this massive US Military explosion we can
read as reported by the Associated Press News Service:

"Hundreds of rescuers struggled with falling rock and debris Monday in a
desperate race to reach six coal miners trapped 1,500 feet below ground
by a cave-in so powerful authorities questioned whether it was caused by
an earthquake. The mine is built into a mountain in the rugged Manti-La
Sal National Forest, 140 miles south of Salt Lake City, in a sparsely
populated area."

As the American War Leaders continue their march towards Total World
War, President Putin has ordered an immediate strengthening of Russia's
defenses, to include:

"On August 6th Russia deployed its most advanced S-400 air missile
defence system, in the town of Elektrostal, about 50 km east of
Moscow."

"Russia will start producing an intercontinental ballistic missile for
its new generation of nuclear submarines as it moves to counter a
proposed U.S. missile defense system in eastern Europe."

"For the first time since the fall of the Iron Curtain, Russia plans to
re-operate the Tartus and Latakia ports in Syria as permanent bases for
the Russian Navy in the Mediterranean basin..."

There remains no substantial evidence that the American people
themselves are aware of the true events surrounding this massive
explosive test as their propaganda media outlets, and as we have seen
many times, have imposed what they call a 'media blackout' which is
designed to keep their citizens from knowing the true, and catastrophic,
plans for war that face them all.

It is more than interesting to note, too, that exactly like the events
leading up to the instigation of war by the West, against the East, in
2001, and which was preceded by the ritual sacrifice of millions of
cattle and sheep in the United Kingdom, from what they alleged was an
outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease, prior to September 11, 2001 (9/11),
today we see before us a virtual repeat of these events with the reports
of new outbreaks of this disease in Britain.

As our warnings to the West in 2001 were ignored as the pyres of
sacrificed cattle and sheep lit up the skies of America's spiritual heir
Britain, our warnings today, we believe, will fall on equally deaf ears
as the drumbeats of war grow louder by the day in the once free Nation
of the United States.
