I should also point out that there ARE objective truths and facts. And it IS possible for people, no matter how biased, to identify those facts and truths.

For example...I'm biased in that I love George Washington. And I'm also ACCURATE when I say that GW was the American Commander-in-Chief in the American Revolution, that he ultimately prevailed in that capacity over the British, that he presided over the Constitutional Convention, and went on to become our first President under the new Constitution. My bias does not prevent me from seeing those facts.

Likewise, I love the Bible. And I believe the Bible to be divinely inspired. And I'm accurate in saying that it is one of the most practical, influential, and interesting compilation of books ever produced.
