- A Difficult Call

It is a difficult call as we are not accustomed to dealing with the subject in such a way that we get comprehensive answers.
.
On one side, we have the tendency to not want to be embroiled in any unsettling situations. On the other, we have the tendency to want to promote the idea that we are being martyred for some cause. Neither side gains much understanding of itself or of the other in such a case.
.
It is a difficult call to make the case that there is an attitude of oppression coming from one side that wants to impose its reality view on all society and that there is an attitude of not wanting to get involved in any upsetting activities on the other. I think it is reminiscent of the troubles America faced during the Civil Rights Movements in which Martin Luther King, Jr., was such a great leader. During that struggle there was a strong attitude of oppression on the one side and an almost equally strong attitude of not wanting to rock the boat on the other. And, there was an act of extreme violence when Martin Luther King, Jr., had his brains blown out in the attempt by the oppressor to settle the questions.
.
The oppressor uses methods similarly motivated as some of the methods we see being employed here. It is related to the idea of
FREEDOM. And, that brings up the questions as to
WHOSE FREEDOM it is that is being protected. Is it the
FREEDOM of the oppressor to continue in their oppression or is it the
FREEDOM of the protester to continue in their protestations about the oppression they are feeling at the hands of the authoritarian oppressors.

Here we have a
DEMAND being made that
"There is no other collection of books that has surpassed the Bible's superiority in all aspects of the human mind and soul... none...". The reason why I'm using the word,
DEMAND, is that there is no standard given other than the fact that the
DEMAND is made that it is true. I have protested that
DEMAND and am being tasked for my protest. So, it seems to me that the parallel can be drawn that it is reminiscent of the Civil Rights Movement in which Martin Luther King, Jr., said, "There comes a time..." when enough is enough and when "...justice rolls down like waters and righteousness like a mighty stream".
.
Martin Luther King, Jr., was, probably, the most outstanding example of Christian expression America has seen in its citizenry.
