1 Now the whole world had one language and a common speech.

Remember my post (#1205) back in Chapter 10 where I emphasized these verses:
4: [Japheth's] "...each with their own language"
20: [Ham's] "...clans and languages."
31: [Shem's] "...clans and languages."
.
This first verse in Chapter 11 contradicts those verses.
