Tis curious. A great wailing and gnashing of teeth until they realised a smokefree environment may bring families...and MORE money. They reckon the smokers will be blocking the doors so we don't want kiddies skidding on piles of butts onto their butts claiming compo.

But gambling lines blur a bit here. The 2008 Catholic World Youth Day with the Popemobile will be held at Royal Randwick, our premier racecourse. 500,000 expected from all parts of the globe gambling on the fact the taxpayer may foot the bill for lost gambling over the 5 days.
