We only have 6 casinos in Australia. Maybe the term is copyrighted. Without even getting to the casino, Wednesday's news reported that gamblers where I live lost more than $196 million last year compared to only $8 million in one of the rich suburbs. I love the way behaviour is measured & monitored! Kinda like Titanic watching. "Yep...she's still sinking!" came the cry. happy

Any cries of anguish are drowned out by BINGO!!! from the local Catholic hall. happy

My hide aint worth much so instead I'll bet YOUR life on it staying with us while ever casinos et al pay hefty taxes to the conflicting interests of the State. That's right...from today smoking is banned in ALL indoor areas and we all know the non-smokers don't gamble the rent away, don't we. But then...they DO bet on flies crawling up walls for a lesser payout.
