If you're going to be the Carrie Nation of gambling, you gotta ax it all...
The Bingo games in the church basements get the hatchet.
And the state lotteries.
Football pools and sports betting.
Off track horse/dog race betting.
Fast food scratch offs.
Community 'Las Vegas Night'.
Card games around the kitchen table.
And ALL raffles.
That way (and in all fairness) everybody's fun is stopped, not just the casino-goer's.
