If I understand the film correctly, it's about the debate over the relationship between church and state in America's history. That is a key issue in the "Culture Debate" going on today in our country. I think it is in EVERYONE's best interest to listen to ALL sides and ALL perspectives (as are out there in civil circles) in this important discussion. Otherwise, then we're just choosing up sides - and only listening to those we agree with. Such a tunnel vision prejudice WILL lead to a cultural war - and given the red-blue division in America right now, that's the direction we seem to be headed.
