Yes and No. Yes, insofar that a person's perception - if fixed in his or her mind - becomes that person's effective reality. Jesus himself said: "As a man thinks in his heart, so is he." So, in that sense, YES.

But....you cannot reduce reality itself to merely the imagination. There IS external, objective reality. There IS external truth.
