» Brian Tubbs - Overweight Preachers

Seems like evangelical preachers (esp Baptists - or at least that's the stereotype) struggle with being overweight. I'm sure there are some psychological reasons for this, but be what may, I'm trying to LOSE my excess weight.

I'm not obese, but definitely overweight. I need to drop about 30-40 pounds to get to my ideal weight range.

But I like to eat.

Join a health club and do the work outs.

Cut out the deserts. When some woman in your congregation makes her special cobblers, have a small bite for taste and praise her skills. But, never eath the whole thing.
