If you think implying that this would-be bomber is representative of "Jerry's kids" (something I take offense to, because I've taken classes through Liberty - and know MANY, MANY students there at Liberty Univ now and over the years) - if you think implying that is "just reporting the news." Then, that says a whole lot about your standard of news and information.

I didn't 'imply' anything. I posted the story. It's entitled "Bomb Plot Thwarted at Falwell's Funeral -
Student Arrested With Homemade Bombs, Three Other Suspects Sought". You ~should~ be offended - that one or more students from a Christian university would even dream of making napalm bombs to lob at protesters.

The story was from ABC news, Brian. A recognized national news source. Not some whacko site online.

My statement was about a dead brain that no longer is able to function.

We know how altzheimer's disease and brain cancer rots out the ability to think. Death is the complete end of the brains ability to function--just like the rest of the body--when it is dead it is dead.

Migisi, YOU titled the story "Jerry's kids build bombs" and asked if this was somehow "in the water" (I believe that was the phrase you used) in Lynchburg.

I'm not objecting to your posting the news story, nor would I challenge you on any commentary that expressed alarm that one of Falwell's admirers would go to such extremes. I SHARE YOUR ALARM! But...

I'm NOT going to let an insinuation that Jerry Falwell trains bombers go unchallenged - whether that was deliberate on your part or not.

I know too many Liberty students to let that go unchallenged.

'Trains bombers'?? Where did you get the idea that ~I~ insinuated that Liberty trained bombers? That would be like me implying Virginia Tech trained shooters - which I never did. You're reading WAY too much into what I posted, and becoming far too touchy.
