I should probably start off by saying that I fully understand that the debate over dispensationalism is not one of salvation
You may find that those folks who have the most difficulty understanding what Jesus did for them on the Cross also have great difficulty making sense of the End Times.

Can you expound please?
I only assume that you are talking about the debate over the eschatology?

Well almost any continued arguments lead to an unspiritual result. That is why I keep asking if any of this negative posting has ever brought a person closer to their God. So we all need to be careful when discussing things like the End Times, because although it doesn't seem at first to relate to salvation, it can certainly pull a person's thought life away from remembering Christ's sacrifice, and spending time in prayer and worship and fellowship. You can see the results right here. I'm sure there are some here who ridicule their previous life of reverence toward Christ, because of this new life they have found in searching and debating everyday.
Does that make any sense?

Certainly does. I often find my self pulling away from places like that to get refocused.
For the sake of understanding the knowledge available I press on to learn from others reguardless.
So does anyone have anything to add to my thoughts?

Did what Jesus do on the Cross negate the demand he was said to have made at Matt. 7:21-23?
Did the LORD GOD's will once include the demand told of in 1 Sam. 15?
If one would NEVER follow that kind of order, even from the LORD GOD, because ripping the heads off of babies is just not one's cuppa tea, will one still be able to take advantage of what Jesus "did" on the cross?

Well for now it's the basics.
The problem I have found is that it seems the basis for the theology of Dispensationalism is based largely on scriptures that say to 'divide' God's word and also on the actual use of the word 'Dispensation'.
What I've found is that it seems these are not legitimate reasons for following a theological idea that was not even formed till the mid-1800s.
It seems to me that God made atonement available for all men at all times NOT by the act of sacrificing a lamb or kneeling down and praying but by the heart of a repentant person who recognizes their sin and need for God.

In Matthew 7 21-23 Jesus doesn't seem to make a demand of anyone. He does acknowlegde that many are false prophets and hypocrites and they have no claim to His kingdom.
SO did what he do on the cross negate His claim? No, His statements have nothing to do with His work on the cross.
The Lord demanded the destruction of the Amalekites in Samuel 15. He demanded that from Saul not me. But does it negate the Cross??? You're being silly now... and it has nothing to do with Dispensationalism... go away troll.
