Maybe as the starting point, but it seems like some folk here want to attempt to move beyond ancient script and religion and be sort of 'born again' Darwinists. And I am in agreement that they might have something worth the trouble to share. What does it mean when a person rejects the idea that they are created in the image of God? Or that they were created for some godly purpose? Does it mean to the average folk that all law and all morphing of our physical makeup is without any boundaries. We might be free to have our way with the weak, as long as we can logically explain that we believe that our species is important enough to save just like the Rainforest. When we get to Mars I think that there would be nobody there that would want to kill anybody for their unusual habits or when when they tried to start a church. Well maybe a couple of people. But they should be the ones who don't get to go to Mars, right? We should pick our star explorers from those who truly know their Darwin and they should have to take some sort of test or exam which obligates them to behave themselves in Space. Then we can remind them from time to time that they promised. i am just an oldtimer for the Lord. -- posted by Brother_Jones
