» pink101 - There Is A Line Drawn In History

.
There is a line drawn in history.
.
It has been going on for an entire age.
.
A line has come straight down to us and, it is, once again, being made obvious.
.
That could help us understand the work Jesus performed in his Gospel.
.
Everything of major importance that is going on in our society is about a struggle between separate classes of people.
.
The Communists, Marx and Engels, called it Dialectical Materialism and tied it to the creation of wealth.
.
There is an enormous amount of effort being put forward to discredit any discussion on the subject.
.
I think it is the most obvious thing going on in these threads as well as in our society--the world for that matter.

The struggle is the most obvious thing in these threads.
.
But, will anyone address it?

Sorry, I'm having trouble following your line of thought. Are you saying that the theological struggles in these threads are a 'class' thing?

How so? Is there a different theology for the rich, one for the middle class, and another for the poor?

You know it's not that simple. We live in a multidemensional society. Those three groups of people present the world with common characteristics; but, they also can be different in various ways so that some poor people think like most rich people for example. The situation of the struggle is more involved that economics.

» pink101 - The Jesus Struggle

.
Did Jesus struggle with any group issues whatsoever?
.
Are any of those issues still on society's table today?
