It appears to be a social class of sanctimonious people who go around proclaiming they have a special hold on God's favor.

How do you DEFEND against that? Not only is it a blanket statement, but it's full of assumptions and loaded words and subjectivism. You can't pin it down to even begin to respond to it. It's a perfect example of a "pot shot" - it's just a hurled accusation. Internet slander. Nothing more.

I'm not "afraid" to respond to it, as you put it, Oliver. I just don't deem it WORTHY of a response - at least not in its present form. If Pink wants to be more specific and back it up with some substance, then I'm fine to discuss it with him.
