Yep... thanks to the Bush's Patriot Act, anyone can be arrested and imprisoned for anything, including asking the 'wrong' questions. What Constitution? What Bill of Rights?

I sure hope Lepacek sues the police department for false arrest and imprisonment. He's got a good case, IMO.
