I acknowledge the need for restraint for troop safety and secrecy. The 'loose lips' slogan definitely applies.

But, does it make sense that a service(wo)man - who swears an oath to support and defend the US Constitution - loses his own rights guaranteed by that Constitution upon taking that oath.
