Migisi,

Put to a vote, I believe abortion would be made illegal in the third trimester, illegal in most cases in the second trimester, and pretty much fully legal in the first trimester. I also believe that procedures such as "partial-birth abortion" would be illegal. And that some states would pass "informed consent" and 24-hour waiting period type laws.
