It doth behoove us to show some simple patience for each other. They wonder if the planets circling us have any rhyme or reason beyond the obvious pattern of roundness. The line now forming for simple indifference to God of the bible is not so complex and mystical. It is the shared company of thieves who do realize that part of the soul goes missing when someone pretends to be grande and an ark for everyone else. 2007 can be a year of getting close to Jesus. And getting to His word for us. Others will continue on the path of the brightly colored that appeals to the scientific love known among them. It is measured in spending days and nights rubbing up to minds and not breasts.

A person from my past has written me an explanation of why so many Christians have gone over to the Republican Pary. He wrote, "What's a Christian to do. Some of us, and I include myself, still believe in somethin other, something outside of ourselves to which we are accountable."

I wondered what that self-appointed righteousness had to say about those of us who aren't in line with him. Your present post reminded me of his statement. Don't you people see how deeply you insult people who don't agree with you. That's exactly the kind of thing that is contributing to rage that is so out of control in the Middle East. We are headed for terrible times if that mean spirited rhetoric isn't cooled down a bit. You are going to have to let those of us who don't agree with you to have some standing instead of treating us as though we are beasts without the ability to reason.

There is a rage growing in America that will turn into a ground swell not unlike the one that blew the side of Mount St. Helen off. How long do you think it will be before we are killing each other? It's going to have to stop at some level or else it will erupt into sectarian violence--the worst kind. Must the others give in to your demands? Don't you get it? You talk of love as though it were a three lettered word. Time to wake up.

lol. I am counting on you to be of good cheerful stock and help in whatever new thread I may try in the main discussions. No need to worry about me so much. I am fine and I have set my mind and heart to getting along with you in a way that even the most gentle gender among us would take pause.

Don't worry about me. I'm nothing compared to that new baby in your line. We are headed toward deep sectarian violence in our society if we don't stop this religionist approach to reality. And, although I'm not talking about you and me; it is important that you--as and individual human being in America--begin the process of joining hands with others. In the final analysis, we are in it together, Brother. In it together and like it or not.
