Some Australian churches are putting up posters that say Jesus loves Osama bin Laden. Needless to say, it's stirring things up.
"Jesus Loves Osama." That's what posters at certain churches in Australia are telling people. You won't be surprised to learn that the posters are stirring up quite a fuss.
If you accept the Bible's record of Jesus' teachings, then you would have to concede there's some validity to the message. Jesus Christ does indeed love Osama bin Laden. However, calling specific attention to bin Laden has angered more than a few people. After all, would it have been appropriate to post "Jesus Loves Hitler"?
