Greetings

"Grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ." That is how the Apostle Paul began several of his letters, now canonized and preserved as part of the New Testament.

Likewise (though I certainly am not comparing myself to Paul), I extend to you my greetings and hopes that you will find grace and peace in your relationship with God through Jesus Christ.

I am excited to be a part of the Suite101 community again. Previously, I wrote for the American Revolution & Founding Era. In light of Suite's restructuring, that topic has been closed down. But where God closes one door, another usually opens. Thus, I am glad to have the opportunity to write for Suite101 again - this time, on a topic that's even dearer to my heart.

Feel free to post any questions, comments, or concerns you have with this topic specifically or with Christianity in general. Any questions or issues you have about God, Jesus, the Bible, the church - anything at all. I will be honored to address any Protestant Christian topic or issue that is of interest to you.

May God's blessings be upon you as we begin this journey together.
