After receiving a vision "to my heart" in which he claimed to see "what a Savior Christ was," Charles Spurgeon committed his life to belief in Jesus Christ. He would write of the experience that "I no sooner saw Whom I was to believe than I also understood what it was to believe, and I did believe in one moment."
